Jenn Errico brings a wealth of education, experience and passion to her work as a mediator. She has worked as mediator since 2007. Deeply committed to ongoing personal and professional growth, Jenn has gathered many credentials that she applies to her work. She completed a BA degree in 1997 (UVic), a Graduate Diploma in Creative Arts Therapy in 2006 (ISIS-Canada), a Family Mediation Certificate in 2010 (JIBC) and the Comprehensive Family Mediator Certification in 2015 (FMC). Jenn is on the Family Mediator Roster with Mediate BC and is a member of Family Mediation Canada.
Jenn primarily practices an interests-based style of mediation but also draws on transformative and narrative mediation approaches. She has worked with families for well over a decade, parented her own children and successfully gone through her own marital separation. In addition to working with families, Jenn teaches workshops on conflict resolution, mediates workplace disputes, offers “conflict coaching” and consultation. When not supporting individuals or groups to resolve disputes equitably, Jenn can be found enjoying time in her blended family of 6, flat-picking her guitar, gardening or engaging in some sort of outdoor adventure near her home on Vancouver Island.
